Workout Program 'Strength Squad'

A women strength training routine that is ongoing. Hannah uploads a new workout routine every 4 weeks. There are 4-5 workouts per week scheduled including some 'functional' cardio.
After checking out on the program you can use the app to view the workouts, watch exercise videos, track your weights, and look at your workout results.
The exercises are gym-based and scalable to serve all fitness levels.
If you are new to the Strength Squad programming, you can schedule a free onboarding with Hannah to tour the app.
You can also add-on personal training sessions to go over all your questions, exercise variations, proper form, and how to get the most out of the workouts.
Please note, this does not give you access to the Squadstyle space. It only gives you access to the workouts. To use the space and attend the Strength Squad Open Gym, email squadstyle@worknwellness.com
